These products are intended for professional use only and must be administered by a licensed and trained medical practitioner. 2.2. Risk Assumption and Liability: You acknowledge and agree that the purchase of injectable products carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for ensuring that the products are legally, safely, and professionally handled and administered after delivery. Beutox is not liable for any unauthorized use, self-injection, or complications arising from improper handling or administration. 2.3. Information Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
3.1. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase the product(s). Acceptance of your order is finalized when we send an email confirming the shipment of your goods. 3.2. Pricing: Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due at checkout. 3.3. Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the website. Payment processing is handled by third-party services, and we do not store your financial details.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Global Compliance
4.1. Global Shipping and Product Integrity: We ship worldwide. Beutox guarantees that, at the point of export (FOB Shipping Point), all products are authentic, meet manufacturer standards, and possess valid regulatory certification (e.g., CE Mark, FDA approval/registration) necessary for legal sale in their respective markets. 4.2. Cold Chain Management (Expertise): Products requiring specific temperatures (e.g., Botulinum Toxin) are shipped using certified, insulated cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during the shipping window. 4.3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Buyer Responsibility): All import duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Beutox is not responsible for any delays or seizures caused by customs in the destination country. 4.4. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Beutox pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1. Strict Policy: Due to the sensitive and temperature-controlled nature of injectable medical-grade products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective, damaged in transit (with verifiable proof), or the wrong item was shipped. 5.2. Defective/Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted to info@beutox.com within 14 days of delivery and must include verifiable photographic evidence of the defect or damage prior to product use or storage. 5.3. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before they enter the shipping process. Once an order is prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beutox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or business) arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of our products. 6.2. Disputes: Any disputes relating to these Terms or the products purchased shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
