At Beutox, we are committed to safely and efficiently delivering your premium beauty injectables worldwide. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, our shipping procedures prioritize speed, security, and integrity.
1. Processing and Handling
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will begin processing the next business day.
- Quality Check: Before dispatch, every injectable product undergoes a rigorous quality and packaging check to ensure integrity and compliance with our storage protocols.
- Packaging: Products are securely packaged to maintain stability during transit. Where required, temperature-controlled or insulated packaging is utilized to protect product viability.
2. Shipping Destinations and Carriers
- Global Delivery: We offer reliable shipping to most countries worldwide.
- Carriers: We partner with leading global logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure fast and traceable delivery. The specific carrier will be selected based on the destination and the required transit time for product stability.
- Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email upon dispatch.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
- Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination country, and the selected service speed.
- Delivery Estimates:
- Standard International: 7-15 business days (DDP/DDU terms apply—see Section 4).
- Express International: 3-7 business days (Recommended for sensitive products).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and do not account for potential customs delays in the destination country.
4. International Shipments: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
This section is critical for all non-US orders.
- Customs & Import Responsibility: The Customer (Recipient) is the Importer of Record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Duties and Taxes (DDU): Unless explicitly stated otherwise (as “DDP” – Delivery Duty Paid) at checkout, all shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
- This means all import duties, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are typically collected by the courier upon delivery.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the customer due to the non-payment of customs duties, Beutox will deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred from the refund amount (if a refund is applicable under our Return Policy).
5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
- Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is fully accurate and complete, including apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
- Signature Required: For security and product integrity, most international shipments require a signature upon delivery. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, incurring return fees.
