Due to the medical-grade nature, temperature sensitivity, and strict hygiene requirements of our injectable beauty products, Beutox maintains a highly restrictive Refund and Return Policy. We prioritize product safety and the integrity of the cold chain above all else.


1. Non-Returnable Items (General Policy)

All sales of injectable dermal fillers and medical-grade supplies are generally final.

We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been:

  • Opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Refused due to customs, duties, or taxes in the destination country (see Section 3).
  • Stored improperly by the customer (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures).
  • Purchased more than 7 days ago (after the delivery date).

This policy ensures that all products we ship are guaranteed to be in their original, sealed, and controlled condition.


2. Eligible Conditions for Refund or Replacement

We will only process a refund or send a replacement for products that meet the following criteria:

A. Product Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken syringe, compromised seal, visibly crushed box), you must:

  1. Notify us immediately at info@beutox.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the exterior shipping box/packaging.
  3. We will verify the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement shipment or a full refund.

B. Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a product that does not match the item listed on your order confirmation:

  1. Notify us immediately at info@beutox.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide photographic evidence showing the discrepancy between the received product and your original order.
  3. We will provide instructions and cover the cost to return the incorrect item, and dispatch the correct product immediately.

3. Issues Related to International Shipping

Please note that Beutox is not responsible for refunding orders refused or abandoned due to customs issues.

  • Customs Fees/Duties: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay import duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the original shipping costs and any customs return fees will be deducted from any potential refund amount.
  • Seizure: If a product is seized or destroyed by customs due to non-compliance with local import laws, we cannot issue a refund. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm local import regulations before ordering.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account after the refund has been initiated by our team.
